Return/Exchange Policy:
If you receive a damaged/defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team.
Complaint Verification:
Upon receiving your complaint, Pavora Creations shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. If we are convinced that the complaint is genuine, we will generate a request for a replacement. If the complaint is frivolous or baseless, we reserve the right to take legal action against you, and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Pavora Creations in this regard.
Return/Exchange Conditions:
To return/exchange any product(s), you are required to comply with the following conditions:
- Notification: Please notify Pavora Creations of receipt of a/an international/damaged/defective product/service within 48 hours of your order reaching you.
- Product Condition: The product(s) should be unused and unwashed.
- Reporting Damaged Products: If you receive a broken product, you must notify us by taking a picture and emailing it to our email ID within 48 hours.
- Dispatch: You are required to dispatch the product using a reputed courier in your respective area within two (2) days from receipt of such notice.
- Courier Charges: Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in a form determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation with Pavora Creations.
- Original Packaging: Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card, and invoices, etc.
- Packaging: It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged to prevent further damage to products during transit.
Verification and Shipping Costs:
The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Pavora Creations to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return. If the claim is not legitimate, you will be required to bear the shipping costs for the product.
Exemptions:
These conditions will not apply to products where the defects could not, using reasonable diligence, be discovered at the time of delivery.
